If you know rock guitar, you know Frank Hannon. As the co-founder and long-time lead guitarist of TESLA, Hannon helped shape the sound of late-’80s and early-’90s rock with a playing style rooted in feel, melody, and a deep appreciation for blues-based guitar tradition. Across his career, he’s moved between acoustic ballads, psychedelic jams, and high-voltage arena riffs, always prioritizing expression over flash.
In 2025, Hannon stepped into a different creative space with Reflections, a fully instrumental solo album recorded on his phone using Audigo. Instead of a high-pressure studio environment, this record grew from everyday moments of inspiration: riffs captured in hotel rooms, melodic sketches built at home, tone experiments made in-between shows. What began as spontaneous “idea journals” evolved into a cohesive body of work.
Speaking with Guitar Player magazine about the creative process, he said, “I just wanted to play guitar… I wanted this to be easy.” He’s one of thousands of artists who trust Audigo to capture their best ideas.
