Customer Experience Manager

The Company

Audigo Labs enables effortless, mobile-centric audio and video creation: recording, mixing, editing, sharing, and multi-user collaboration. Audigo is a true one-stop-shop for today’s modern creators who want to produce great sounding audio and video content - anytime, anywhere.

Audigo is currently looking to hire a Customer Experience Manager based in San Francisco to own support and customer insights, including responding to users, identifying recurring issues, and working with the team to improve the product.

The Role

You will be part of a small, fast-moving team of engineers, marketers, and designers building one of the most ambitious products out there. As part of this team, you will:

Handle all customer support with fast, clear, and empathetic responses
Help convert interested customers into buyers through timely, helpful interactions
Own Voice of Customer reporting - synthesize trends and deliver actionable insights to the product team
Track and report on common issues, bugs, and feature requests
Improve support systems by developing content, macros, workflows, and automations
Run NPS or similar feedback programs and report on customer sentiment
Support or lead community engagement efforts

Requirements

3-5 years in support or customer experience, ideally with consumer tech (hardware + software) or creator-focused tools
Strong writing and communication skills; high empathy and responsiveness
A proactive, systems-minded approach to making support better and more efficient
Ability to surface insights and influence product decisions
Experience with tools like Zendesk, Mixpanel, and Shopify is a plus
Experience working with or supporting creative users (musicians, content creators, etc.) is a plus
